Shocking absolutely rubbish uve let your self down

Disorganised and unresponsive

Ordered 24 bottles of Atlantic Pale Ale received 24 cans I phoned them they said keep the cans and they will send the correct bottles 24 bottles of Doom Bar arrived So I emailed to explain the second mistake They organised another shipment and a pickup of the Doom Bar I waited in all day for the pick up and drop off Pickup didn t happen and the drop off didn t happen until 10pm so I changed date of drop off Drop off happened yesterday but still no pickup I have emailed Sharps Brewery several times no answer Answer my emails stop wasting my time get it together with your shipping

Ordered 48 cans off offshore on Tuesday hoping it would be here for the bank holiday weekend got the delivery estimate of 6th of April which was reasonable even if I was a bit gutted It wouldn t be there for the weekend However fear not 48 hours later got a text to say my parcel would be delivered on Friday just over 48 hours after placing the order Great service and offshore is an incredible pilsner thoroughly recommended Edit Also to add there was 1 pint and 1 half glass in the box which was a nice touch so thanks for those also

Excellent and it s Zero - unbelievable

I have consumed many pints of Doom Bar during many holidays in Cornwall Recently because of medical reasons I have had to reduce my alcohol intake to 5 units per week Thank you Sharp s Brewery for Doom Bar ZERO - similar if not identical taste and I can drink it with confidence Later this year I am celebrating my 60th birthday by having a holiday in Cornwall with my family You guessed it Doom Bar ZERO will be an important guest to our holiday and birthday celebrations Hopefully if brewery tours are reinstated I may visit you too Thank you excellent product for those that enjoy the taste but are restricted in drinking alcohol All the best Brian

Ordered 20 litre Doom Bar bag in box with Black Friday discount to hook up to my Pint 365 beer engine Delivered on time by excellent courier service from DPD Sharps even sent me out a pump clip without extra cost Weather is cold but beer has lasted much longer than the 5 days promised It is good to see they still have excellent customer service ethos despite large organisation ownership I will be ordering again soon Thank you Sharps and keep doing what you are doing
