Staff very helpful and once you get used to the delay and how the new account works it seems to be pretty smooth However a frustration with some of the products on offer The fixed rate ISA account I looked at offered so much less than the comparable fixed rate non ISA that there was no difference to me after I paid the tax ISA are there for Savers not the banks Other banks do not discount so much Disappointing

No issues once the application process was completed But initially did application via ClearScore which proved impossible to complete The id checking process online was a bit difficult and although it s necessary it needs to be made easier on a mobile device

It was good but not great My Dads experience was he was unsure weather he was going to receive his interest monthly in his account as it didn t happen on the anniversary Will you learn from this probably not My wife and my account s with you we had numerous e-mails that started on my wife s renewal and then the same happened on mine so again no lessons learnt I am not going to rant to much as im potentially about to open another account but i wish it was easier on account anniversary s Rather than writing this i wish i could sum the three acoount issues and compliments to give over a landline instead of this being deleted and no lessons learnt

"Quick account set up"
Fairly straightforward to set up an account to avail of a competitive fixed rate bond I would prefer to have an interactive app on my phone to access the account rather than use a computer However the security process offered is reassuring

Good experience of bank overall and good savings rates I find information online regarding my account limited compared to other banks especially regarding interest accrued I have had a notice account for 3 months but nothing added
