Incredible music accuracy selection and customer service

I could not be more pleased with my experience with Sheet Music Direct I have been a musician for many many years I played in lots of classic rock bands Because I am a keyboard player and have classical and jazz training I like to play by some kind of music Sheet music for everything has gotten harder and harder to find Many years ago I was still disappointed in Dallas music shops that many if not most of the sheet music was either flat out wrong or did not have the keyboard solo Many are in the wrong key I was actually shocked to find the quality of their music incredible Not only is it accurate but they include the keyboard solos note for note I already know some of the songs and the solos are spot on This is just unheard of I ve been thinking about starting to play again after a long time off and I feel that I can do it now that I can get music for anything a band plays I should also say that the customer service is unrivaled I get better service from them than I do from Korg and I just spent 5 000 with them for my most recent Kronos Sheet Music Direct cost me 500 for the first year What a bargain One more thing I also play classical and jazz and sing some opera songs They have every one that I have looked for and again they have it in the right key and the arrangement is just as the Metropolitan Opera performs it So I am very satisfied

I bought The Power of Love by Frankie goes to Hollywood I was struggling to work out how to do the 2nd verse as it was printed in block additional lyrics I sent an email to Sheet Music Direct explaining my annoyance of this I received emails very quickly explaining their company procedures and within a few days their editorial staff had rewritten the song with the 2nd verse printed on the stave sheet music Awesome customer service I find their interactive songs indicated on songs where available with a lowercase I to be an excellent tool for learning songs They have a huge availability of songs and even some that are free Excellent place to get sheet music as well as help with song learning with the interactive versions which can be transposed into any key tempo change 30-90 BPM notation change of top staff instrument Will mean more to others than it does my humble self whilst maintaining the sound of the melody and also increased note size for easier reading or for those with reduced eyesight capabilities Awesome company to buy sheet music from with options for interactive versions which enable massive possibilities of learning and adaptation

I ve used Sheet Music Direct before but never had any problems A couple of days ago I ordered a copy of The Shadow of Your Smile particularly as it had a verse at the beginning as some of the great old songs do Mostly they re left out of the copy but not this one I needed to transpose it but had a problem getting to the key I wanted so asked for help The response taking into account the fact that I m in the UK was virtually immediate It felt like the moment they opened for business they answered me I had an email from Annie who showed me how to transpose and obviously was skilled at using the website What I hadn t noticed was that the verse and the main body of the song were in a different key Yes I should have I therefore went back for more advice as I couldn t get to the key I needed By then it was too late in the day I think Next morning I had an email from Becca explaining my mistake and providing a solution What a fantastic service Obviously the agents on the help desk are not only skilled in the technicalities of the software but they also have the musical skills to offer perfect solutions Sheet Music Direct is now the only website that I ll use for my sheet music needs The service is second to none Thanks Annie Becca and all at Sheet Music Direct Sandy McMillan

I am a member of Sheet Music Direct I ve made purchases in the past that went just fine Then I ran upon an issue where I kept getting declined while trying to make a new purchase It was on a weekend and I kept trying for 2 days without success I couldn t get my debit or credit card to go through even though I knew I had the funds Very frustrating I sent customer service an e-mail about the issue that Sunday By mid day Monday I got a response from Sheet Music Direct They were very sorry this happened and explained the problem and provided me with a detailed alternative to make my purchase They were in the process of trying to resolve the issue with their 3rd party payment system and told me they hoped to get it fixed soon They even offered me a discount code for my next purchase The very next day they contacted me again to let me know the problem had been resolved Great customer service and communication in my opinion I wish there were more companies out there like this I m extremely pleased with the way they handled this and I will continue to purchase sheet music from them I m a very happy customer Thanks Sheet Music Direct for being a great and upstanding company to work with I would recommend to anyone looking to buy sheet music on line I play guitar and their selection is outstanding
