Paid for a significant order on 15 Nov 2024 10 days for order to dispatch and now it has been delivered somewhere else Order number 1000046922 Please get back to my emails Would not shop here again or recommend at all

Ordered on 29th December waited seven weeks and was then sent another customers order Trying to sort out the mix up but no reply to emails and there s no number to call They have very tempting promotions but it s not worth the hassle

20 days later and my order STILL hasn t

20 days later and my order STILL hasn t arrived Customer services offer no resolution and ignore requests for a refund 5 days shipping is what is stated on their dispatch email there s no excuse Wish I d read these reviews before ordering wish I d just ordered off Amazon

I ve used this supplier previously as their fabrics are good quality However after nearly 2 weeks since my order and not the 4-5 working days I won t be ordering again They refunded the delivery charge at my request but altogether very disappointing experience
