I accidentally placed an order and immediately requested cancellation within a minute even placing a new order right after However despite this I was still charged a 13 cancellation fee This is completely unreasonable and it seems like a business with a greedy and dishonest mentality Be very careful and avoid this company at all costs I m extremely frustrated by their unfair policies and poor customer service
