Shifter is the worst service ever I ordered an apple pencil on January 6 2023 Today is January 24 I still haven t received my order The status is shipped I asked for a refund because I don t want to wait any longer The customer service is just ignoring me It looks like a scam I really hope I can get my money back

If I could Shifter a star below one I would We have needed them to change a simple mechanism that has blocked the two factor authentication We have asked them to either reset the two factor authentication or disable it which to me should seem to be a simple request But we keep getting standardize bot responses emphasizing the importance of two factor authentication without any resolution The shifter website is connected to our new client calendar and consultation process it is negatively impacted our business financially but we keep getting the same non-responsive but administered feedback from Shifter I would not recommend this to anyone who wants have a company website interested in commerce that is alignrd with an organization that does not understand the importance of it Their lack of response is cost us so much financial loss that I would not utilize this platform if you were striving to build a successful business

Deutsch unten Completely unacceptable service no service at all - Probably scam Never again I ordered and paid for an Apple Watch immediately Days later I received a brief email informing me that my order was canceled because the watch was no longer available An Apple Watch No longer available That s just a plain lie A technical issue is the reason for that That technical issue seems to be a systematic issue as many - also older - reviews state the same While the payment was refunded a retailer that cannot honor paid contracts is simply untrustworthy Offers for alternative colors or compensation None Instead I only received standard excuses from customer service It s clear that customers are not valued here at all Ordering from this shop is a gamble stressful frustrating and a total waste of time Stay away and shop with reliable retailers who understand customer care and stick to contracts I have submitted a report at the Verbraucherzentrale Consumer Advise Center and beg everyone that got scammed here to do the same -Ich habe ber die Webseite eine Apple Watch bestellt und diese sofort bezahlt Tage sp ter erhielt ich die Nachricht dass meine Bestellung storniert werden musste da die Ware angeblich nicht mehr verf gbar und auch nicht lieferbar sei Eine Apple Watch - nicht mehr lieferbar Ist klar Logischerweise absolut eine L ge Ein technischer Fehler wird als Grund angegeben Dieser scheint - wenn man andere alte Bewertungen anschaut - mehr systematisch als ein wirklicher Fehler zu sein Es ist nicht hinnehmbar dass ein bezahlter Kaufvertrag derart ignoriert wird Auf meinen Vorschlag eine alternative Farbe zu akzeptieren wurde nicht eingegangen Ebenso wenig wurde eine Kompensation f r die entstandenen Mehrkosten bei einem anderen Anbieter angeboten Der Kundenservice war absolut inkooperativ und ich ziehe rechtliche Schritte in Betracht Ich rate dringend von einer Bestellung hier ab

I ordered twice and the experiences were both excellent so far First was an Apple Watch back in 2020 and now a keyboard and honestly the service surprised me positively as I ordered on Saturday it was shipped on Monday and arrived today on Tuesday Good job SHIFTER
