I booked the agency in sep 2024 to shift my luggage from Delhi to Nagpur paid high charges as demanded but my luggage reached mostly in broken position a lot of damaged Mr Robin Garg owner either switched off the phone or doesn t pickup Earlier he convinced me that he did business management from abroad and never harmed anyone but now on my loss he hasn t helped me though I sent photos of all broken items to hem He is a fraud transporter No one should believe him I had this worst experience
