Great product that just needs a few app fixes

I have been using Shine for the past 3 months and the cleaning has been great The device was a little tricky to set up at first but mainly due to some app bugs The product does a good job and the water data seems pretty accurate I think if the company continues to improve the app as they say I would buy again and recommend the product

Overall this has been a great addition to our home We are very busy with work and outside projects that cleaning the apartment gets put on the back burner until our cleaning lady comes once a month This has helped keep our toilet clean without a thought We also appreciate that there are no chemicals used so our dog is safe if he takes a drink out of the toilet

It s Simple

It s simple Ten minutes six months ago removed my concerns that the toilet looks dirty or needs to be cleaned Simple to setup Simple to maintain Pods show up when needed Simply clean -- no smells or fake colors It works

Highly recommend Shine

After a quite a bit of wait we finally got our 2 units about 2 months ago It was easy to set up and after a tweak with live video chat we were up and going We actually have 2 1 2 bathrooms so we installed ours in the 1 2 bath downstairs and one in master bathroom as the guest bathroom is hardly used So it has been interesting the 2 bathrooms installed with shone have hardly needed a clean but the guest bathroom gets yucky even though hardly used Probably need to order one for it I highly recommend use of Shine and have been raving about it to all family and friends Between the roomba and the pods who needs a maid

It REALLY does work

I ve had this for about a month and half so far I love it I thoroughly cleaned prior to installation and today it s still as clean as the the day I installed shine Great product have already recommended it to multiple people

Worth the wait Love it

We ve been using it for a couple of weeks now and it s been great The toilet is really clean and it deodorizes very well We had pretty hard water stains which it s almost melted away in just two weeks I had an issue getting one of the units to recognize a flush during the initial setup but I got a tech support video call set up the next day The customer support was fantastic and Humberto got it working in about 5 minutes Thank you

I received my unit over a week ago

I received my unit over a week ago It was very easy to setup once I bought the proper charging chord It connected to my Wi-Fi on first try and has not stopped working since When they get all the app information working I think this will be a really good product I was able to start my prepaid unlimited pod delivery right in the app and it is showing shipped out by FedEx but will not make it on the delivery date it says I also have a mounting bracket that I have not received yet and I contacted customer service today about that They usually get back to me in 24 hours

I had bought this product before the dreaded COVID So I was expecting a long wait time But I have received it and it s mega it feels very expensive and well made easy to set up I would recommend buying a charging cable from them because the ones we have in England are to strong and I had to find an old cable But I would buy this again if I had the change Very good Customer service is brilliant as well very fast and on multiple platforms

Shine has a amazing product and love

Shine has a amazing product and love that I never have to clean my toilet any more When I got my product the batter was defective and shine customer service was great on response to fix the issue Definitely plan to buy more product from Thai company

Ok I know talking toilet cleaning is not high on anyone s list but This thing has been awesome I received mine about 6 weeks ago and have not had to clean the toilet bowl at all It really works Of course you need to clean the edges but no more scrubbing the bowl with that nasty brush Download the app Set up is super easy I highly recommend
