Well The Brand and flavor of juice seems to be getting phased out of the stores that I shop at I had a hard time finding the juice so at least thru Shipt I found a few to tide me over Shipt came in handy as I am limited by transportation

This company goes above and beyond from picking the best looking bananas to communicating quickly and effectively when a product I asked for is out of stock When the salad is going to expire pretty quickly my Shipt shopper notifies me and I can make the decision on whether to get the item or not I started using Shipt because my wife had open heart surgery and I was her only caregiver I couldn t leave her at home alone and I couldn t take her with me shopping It has become so easy to just make our list online and click shop for us that I have not been in a grocery store in a month A great service and great company

Very thankful to be able to order my groceries and have then delivered My shipt shopper was awesome The store was out of several things and she communicated with me often and offered substitutes with pictures I m thankful for the service

I am consistently impressed with the Shipt shoppers and the level of service they provide I receive a text letting me know when the shopping process has begun and the shoppers are always accommodating of unique requests I may have for items I didn t see online Additionally and although it rarely happens when I have any issues with my order - Shipt quickly addresses the concern If refunds are necessary they process them quickly This was not my experience with one of their competitors This service saves me so much time and I appreciate their reliability and the professionalism of their shoppers

I have used Shipt 3 times and have had good experience each time This was during the winter when it was very hard for us to go out and get our groceries Now that it is better weather it is not a hardship I plan on getting one more delivery very soon

Shipt was a lifesaver during the last months of my pregnancy and after my youngest was born Taking all my kids to the store within the last year wasn t as simple as it used to be so this was such an awesome service to have I would 100 recommend to family and friends
