I received a wrong item in my order and when I emailed them they got back to me and managed to fix the problem same day They have great communication and they sent the correct item and even let me keep the wrong one

I found Cool Shirtz back when they did the cooloween 2019 launch and let me tell you I have never worn any other clothing brands since I am an addict at this point pls help They have amazing quality the best fit I ve ever found dope designs that are unique as hell they are relatively durable I wear and wash all my stuff extremely regularly and they last a few years at least The only downside is you will forever be bored of other clothes lmao 11 10 Oh yeah and they also have amazing customer service can t recommend them enoughDo make sure to read the recommended care these are real clothes and they can shrink if you abuse them Ps 3 u Scott

Great quality stuff I got 2 t shirts and a hoodie and they came really quick They were here within like 3 weeks which is impressive cause I live on the other side of the world from Melbourne Anyways love the product people seem nice 10 out of 10 Also use a promo code you can find them by just watching cold ones on YouTube

Clothes that make up 90 of my wardrobe

Over the past 3 years I have bought nearly 1000 worth of stuff from cool shirtz and I can say that it has been worth it without a doubt The clothes are of really good quality with really nice prints designs on them All of this resulted in me being bummed when I lost the wilted hoodie from them it was my favourite jumper to wear and I ll definitely have to order another one when I get the chance My most recent addition from them is the colour crew in teal the colour in the pictures is really accurate to how it looks in real life and the material has this really nice pillow quality to it that is so soft to the touch Although I can t speak for anyone outside of australia shipping is also incredibly fast arriving within a few days of ordering is something that I ve come to expect Overall I d definitely recommend ordering from them and can t wait for COOL2022 to drop

I had some issues with postage and customs from Ireland which caused the package to be returned and cool shirts and namely Georgia over in the customer service section was so amazing and helpful once my package was returned to them they offered to send it back again all fees paid including customs which I appreciated Great brand great product always great value

All clothing made is very good quality shirts pants jackets I had made the incorrect order and emailed asking for a refund so I can make the correct order to which I quickly received an email back and a refund within five hours of making the purchase Customer service is wonderful and their products are incredible love Cool Shirtz

I ordered a t-shirt bundle and I was very pleased with how quick and cooperative they were with my problems I made a mistake with the order and only realized after paying they responded to me very quickly and they were able to change my order size to the correct one without me having to send it back Not only that but the shirts are really good quality mine was a lot bigger then what I was expecting but it still fits really good I would say order a size down since I got a medium and its more of a large fit Still a really good size though Just depends on how baggy you want it to be or if you prefer a tighter fit They also updated me a lot on where my product was it arrived at my house in less then 2 weeks and I received multiple emails as well as the tracking code so I could check myself Really good I highly recommend it

My shirtz and pins that I d ordered have always come pretty fast and the quality is great I don t get these reviews saying the quality is bad since it s not Some shirts are thicker then others and some are made from different materials but all the ones I have are great You can take it from me I m used to low quality cheap shirts for one to five pounds I know good materials They haven t faded at all and look great I just wish I had more money for the shipping since that s what rekts me oof

Second time buying from Cool Shirtz

Second time buying from Cool Shirtz this time buying the Game Over Knit the first was the Happy Ending Hoodie so this is a review of both Both times purchasing from these guys were smooth and fast they are quick in shipping items and Australia Post got them to me faster than I expect every time from the UK The quality for the price you pay is above and beyond ignoring postage because CS don t set those prices 45 as the average price is a steal and I have received far worse items for far higher prices from big name luxury brands It s clear that quality is a governing factor for the brand The Game Over Knit is warm and heavyweight with quality machine knit mass produced knit tends to have subpar stitching and lining but not here The design is knitted in and clear in details The fit for a 3XL is wider than it is long which isn t always what I like but here looks and fits great The Happy Ending Hoodie I ve had for just over a year and I have not looked after it as well as I should have but that being said the only sign of wear and tear on it is the patches have frayed here and there which is utterly my fault for not washing it the way they suggest The printed parts of the hoodie have not flaked cracked or washed out and look just as good as when I first got it I haven t experienced their customer service because they haven t given me a reason to complain or enquire more Their dedication to a joke or the brands image makes Cool Shirtz stand out from other smaller streetwear bands I am astonished that Cool Shirtz can provide such high quality clothing for the price they ask for I genuinely wish they did a line of basics as well because I would front the cost of shipping just once to get a hoard of quality jumpers and trousers

Great quality and customer service

I ordered some hurt hoodies for pre order me and my friends and was very happy with the result when they came The quality and comfort of the hoodies is lovely However I ordered 3 large and one medium but was sent 4 large instead I reached out to the customer service department and they quickly sent me a medium at no extra cost and they paid for shipping and let me keep the extra large as a gesture of good will The medium came in good time considering I m in England and is the same quality as the others I received Overall I had a great experience with cool shirtz and will be ordering again

Quality products fast shipping

I have a disability that causes me chronic pain that cripples me so I bought the pain tee existence is pain shirt to make light of my situation I smile and laugh every time I look down at the little smiling sun on my shirt People probably think I m weird Delivery was pretty dang fast even though it was from Australia to the UK arrived faster than I expected The shirt I ordered is really great quality and I honestly can t wait to buy from them again I just wish more of their products were in stock and that they d enable a search by stock option on their website so you can easily discern out of stock products from those actually in stock

Ordered the Death Ramen t shirt from the UK and it arrived in only 8 days Couldn t be happier with the delivery time and the customer service team on Facebook replied to my messages within a few hours despite the difference in time zones The shirt feels high-quality and the fit is great

I bought the Twomad shirt and even with it being shipped from Australia plus a global pandemic it took around 3-4 weeks which is less time than some of the companies here in the U K The shirt is very good quality and considering buying the glazed ham shirt
