I made contact with this firm via Linkedin about the property I was selling and they came back to me almost immediately My dealings with Tom and Harvinder at the Stratford Office have been very pleasant and professional and the staff at the Birmingham office were also friendly and helpful Despite the difficult market conditions and some delays lower down the chain their service has been excellent Communication was great and on completion day there were regular calls to update me on progress and same day transfer of sale proceeds I would highly recommend Shakespeare Martineau if you are looking for a conveyancing package
