Their headphones are terrible
Their headphones are terrible They broke after 2 mos Sound distorted We had a problem with ours and Lost sight of the fact that we could return them because we bought them from Amazon We wrote to them and they responded kindly making it sound like someone was going to reach out to help usThe AMERICAN office said the CANADIAN office call usThe CANADIAN office told us the AMERICAN office would call usNo one called us then they start sending us surveys about how we think the customer service lol We complained telling them we d like to get the product warranty and in stalling us out our product We passed the warranty and they did nothing They did offer us a 20 discount but why would we want to pay for another pair of headphones that are faulty Needless to say we won t be buying any other products and if you re reading this stay clear their customer service is a joke -50

SHOKZ WARNING
SHOKZ WARNING I m training for a marathon after reading all of the rave reviews on here I decided to treat myself to a pair of Shokz What a mistake that was Six months down the line and they have broken it started with the volume beeping constantly and turning itself right down automatically I reset them same thing again and then last week they turned themselves off altogether so I ve gone back to my 10 pair from Amazon I thought perhaps I ve been unlucky they boast a 2 year warranty so I contacted their customer service team I ve been back and forth with their customer service team over the past week and it s terrible They leave it to the limit on their 48 hour reply policy every time and each time they come back with another question Have you reset them YesCan you send the invoice YesCan you send a picture of them with the unique number on YesAfter 9 days of communication they ve now said I need to return to Amazon but I can t do that as their return period has expired and they tell me it s now under the manufacturer s warranty Dreadful customer service
