Returned product but no refund after over a month
Purchased Shokz headphones and was happy with the product just wanted a different size so I returned the first ones I bought and they claim they ve not received them at the warehouse after nearly 5 weeks They still won t give me a refund Avoid buying from Shokz direct I feel like I m being scammed 110 out of pocket

Terrible customer service
update the company are now ignoring my emails altogether This company is a total scam If you can avoid ordering direct from Shokz you should absolutely do so If you have an issue or need to return the only way to contact the company is through an email which has a 48 hr response time If you re lucky I ve tried returning a product it is now 2 weeks since I made the return I ve emailed 3 times to chase this up and am still being told it s not been received by thier warehouse When I initially made the order I realised immediately I had selected the wrong product I emailed within an hour of ordering to make them aware to see if they could stop the product from being shipped Because they don t reply with 48 hours even though it was not shipped for 2 days it had already gone by the time they replied The parcel was sent royal mail recorded delivery they advised me to refuse the parcel and it would be returned I refused the parcel on 28th Nov it is now 11th Dec I ve emailed 3 times since to chase this up and am still waiting for Shokz to confirm they are willing to process my refund The last update was that it had still not been received to the wearhouse I realise it was my mistake making the order in the first place but I assumed that company would be safe to deal with and any issues could be resolved If you have an issue it seems they are not concerned about helping you to resolve this I am not happy and not confident I will receive a refund at all

SHOKZ WARNING
SHOKZ WARNING I m training for a marathon after reading all of the rave reviews on here I decided to treat myself to a pair of Shokz What a mistake that was Six months down the line and they have broken it started with the volume beeping constantly and turning itself right down automatically I reset them same thing again and then last week they turned themselves off altogether so I ve gone back to my 10 pair from Amazon I thought perhaps I ve been unlucky they boast a 2 year warranty so I contacted their customer service team I ve been back and forth with their customer service team over the past week and it s terrible They leave it to the limit on their 48 hour reply policy every time and each time they come back with another question Have you reset them YesCan you send the invoice YesCan you send a picture of them with the unique number on YesAfter 9 days of communication they ve now said I need to return to Amazon but I can t do that as their return period has expired and they tell me it s now under the manufacturer s warranty Dreadful customer service

SHOKZ EAR BUDS OPENFIT
SHOKZ EAR BUDS easily the worst earbuds I ve ever tried First off they re supposed to be comfortable making them totally unusable for anything active They would lift off the ear and you couldn t hear anything just dreadful And the sound quality Honestly I think I d get better sound from a pair of dollar-store earbuds The audio is flat and tinny with absolutely no bass and everything sounds like it s coming through a cheap speaker I ve tried adjusting settings but nothing helps they just sound terrible NO SOUND Battery life is a joke they would suddenly drop out not that it made any difference I couldn t hear anything anyway also have crackling noise we went back to the shop and they said no receipt no exchange we wrote to SHOKZ AND NO RESPONSE mind you this where a gift hence no receipt Overall these are nowhere near worth the price SHOKZ EAR BUDS promised so much and delivered absolutely nothing but frustration Avoid these at all costs

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR LIKE THE PRODUCT
My open run 2 turned up faulty The multifunction button and volume button does not work I emailed 2 hours after receiving them and to date nothing This was over a week ago I got a generic email asking for videos etc and serial number and I ve since been ignored I posted a review in the shockz site after they asked for one and it s not been uploaded Looks like they only accept good reviews They do not have a customer service phone number so you have to wait for an email oh and waiting is something they will make you do Please really think about buying from this company

Terrible all round
Terrible all round This product has caused all kinds of skin complaints that include weeping to my ears followed by scabbing and rashes to the neck yet the after care service just drops your complaint if you can t provide photos or a medical certificate The fact the issues go away when I stop using the product should be proof enough but not for this lot Swerve a lot of money for a lot of nothing

This has been a nightmare I ordered the shokz openrun mini and the ear part had grease and waX on It Charge only lasted 1hr and contacted support for help to return or exchange and have gotten no response except same email that they are looking Into it I can t even get a refund and or response Worst customer service ever

NO WARRANTY BECAUSE SOLD BY AMAZON - SCAM MANUFACTURER
Just been in touch with SHOKZ because my item was suddenly losing noise cancelling ability I really loved this product and actually bought a second pair for my father but will be returning that too as that too has no warranty Thank God Amazon has a fantastic Customer Service is taking my return even if the 30 days return period are gone I have never had to deal with such a shameful Customer Service like SHOKZ and really wonder if it is legal not to extend warranty for a product they manufacture What if it exploded on my head and I would be permanently injured SHOKZ is clearly a terrible Company with NO SOcial Responsibility and a Very BAD Customer Service Will be returning buth items and be happy with my 400 - money back BEWARE of these SCAMS

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE
If I could give them zero stars I would I ordered from them and didn t receive my parcel I have contacted the contact email address 5 times every 48 hours over the last 2 weeks and haven t heard a thing from them I messaged their social media accounts and just got told to email the same email address I have used the last 5-6 times They have had my money now for over 3 weeks and I still have not received my item I have wanted a refund ever since I reached out to them but they have not been in touch I m surprised they are actually allowed to operate in the UK Do not buy from here I thought going direct would be good but it s really not they re hands down the worst company I have dealt with this year

A scam company Absolutely dreadful their headset died well within the warranty period and so far all they ve done is repeatedly ask me to follow the same steps of resetting it and trying to re-pair Then they wanted videos showing me following their instructions Anything but actually meet their warranty obligations Now they ve decided that not replying at all is a good strategy Do not use this company They re a scam
