Poor service and poor customer care

I ordered a box of power gel shots on the 16 2 22 I didn t hear anything from Base2Race apart from a confirmation e-mail saying the product would be shipped to my address After no product no contact for 8 days and no way to track the package I contacted Base2Race who told me they were out of stock which wasn t mentioned on their website when I made the order and would instead ship that morning and hopefully arrive Monday I contacted Base2race again Tuesday 1 3 22 afternoon and didn t get a reply Then again the following morning and was told that it still hadn t come back in stock their website still says it is in stock 2 3 22 Base2Race took the full amount including 7 shipping from my account when I made the order I asked for a refund on Wednesday 2 weeks after making my order and a few hours later got an email saying my order had been cancelled The money still hasn t been refunded to my account 10 3 22
