AVOID I needed a phone quickly and cheaply I m still waiting after 2 weeks You want to save time and money you end up losing both Don t make the same mistake don t give them your money 1 I placed the order at 9 30am on a Wednesday and paid 13 for same day delivery It arrived the following day at 7pm Don t pay extra for quick delivery They just make money off you 2 The phone arrived as on the picture Broken screen and unusable Expect to be CompAsia s QC team 3 They arrange a pick up and give the wrong address to the poor lalamove driver - he shows me the details on his system Then they blame him for messing it up Don t be their partner They make you look bad 4 The customer service never offered a refund They refused to refund the same day delivery charge too They don t care about customers getting a good service and coming back just covering their backs on one-off purchases

Received my phone today s22 ultra and the led screen got problem The top light and side light is blurContacted the customer service but their reply is so longSo hard to contact themAnd their WhatsApp s is totally useless no one is replying I have been sending email to their support too but totally no care about this Bad experiences with thisPlease purchase with care Please check the phone you purchased carefully This will be my last time buying in this shop and will never recommend any friends or family in future Very bad platformAfter verification compasia customer service told me that they need to take buy the phone and do a check and can only send back to me after more than 7 days Dam bad service and their manpower is low

I would give them 0 stars if I could Buy from COMPASIA if you hate your money and have lots of time to deal with their support - Buy from COMPASIA received defective unit out of the box - No replacement only repair - Repair finish but sent me different unit 256GB vs 128GB - 1 month later no replacement because no stock and no refund - Finally got replacement but not in purchased color and it s JAPAN unit So yeah if you feel that you wanna try your luck and have lots of time to spare please go ahead and buy from COMPASIA Otherwise I d advise you to stay far far away with a 1000-foot pole if I were you

Delay in payment

I have done trade in for iPhone 12 ProMax and IPhone 13 ProMax with CompAsia at Sunway Pyramid on 30 09 2023 The person promises the payment will be made by Monday which is 3 10 2023 But on Monday they say something goes wrong with their finance department say latest by 4 10 2023 afternoon will receive the payment i waited until 7PM I am yet to receive the payment and did a phone call to the shop In the call they finding themselves excuses again saying too much pending payment need to be done by 7PM 5 10 2023 will be getting the payment What a terrible service is this keep delaying the payment yet the trade in price is so low Guys think twice before you do trade in with CompAsia

Not professional never qc their phone before send out to customer

Purchase an iPhone 13 Pro from them so called going throughly with QC and dtuff which I believe is totally bluff Less than 1 month using the phone screen will blank automatically only have sound send back for checking luckily I do purchase warranty manage to get my phone back yesterday but the condition is worst than before I send back for checking and change lcd screen this is what the Cs told me I can t even set up my phone as the screen keep go blank what kind of disappointment Never ever purchase from them FYI their customer service is totally useless you can t even call them and you only can get respond by email which is really really slow

Fraudulent Company

Fraudulent CompanyIf you re lucky you re good but I ve recently bought a Galaxy Note 20 Ultra and the back cover peeled off in less than 1-month leading to rainwater damages to the device Received an email from CompAsia that they ll not be responsible for such damages although this device should splash-proof and even water-proof Wasted RM 1800 in less than 1-month and they refused to reply my subsequent emails and left me in the dark Hence I would consider this a scam Never buying from this company again

buy my device for 50 then resell for 200

their instacash app evaluate my device value for 100 then when their rider came to inspect they only offer 50 I accepted the offer because I have no choice Later I saw they resell the same model device for 200 con business They are calling themselves a waste solution company by recycling for a greener world but they are actually making tons of profit from it

If there s an option to give negative stars I d rate -5 Worst experience ever Device stated as good as new but doesn t work customer service slow to respond causing me much frustration and distress I am never coming back
