Order held up but company director contacted me

I ordered a bike helmet for my step daughter It didn t arrive when expected So I emailed Green Flag The company director himself contacted me back very apologetic and assured me that my order was held up because of stock issues surrounding covid My helmet has arrived this morning with some sweets Which was a lovely touch Thank you

I don t often write reviews but felt obliged to because of the great customer service in such unprecedented times I ordered a standing floor pump from Green Flag shop to which I was advised would be delivered in up to 10 days however this was not the case After 2 weeks waiting I received a phonecall advising there was a delay with the supplier and the pump would be with me by the end of the week True to their word it was delivered yesterday I write this review because it was refreshing change for a company to contact me about the status of my order unlike Homebase who took 89 from me for paint and delivered it 9 weeks later and this was after numerous emails phonecalls I had to make chasing my order I understand suppliers are closed and delays to orders are inevitable however it s the frustration of not knowing and chasing orders that infuriates the customer Well done GF

Could not be happier with the product or the customer service of The Green Flag shop Spoke to both Nicola and Matthew who were quick to resolve a query I had I truly cannot recommend this business enough During a time when many are highlighting the pandemic as a reason for tardiness the Green Flag shop are getting it right every time I was dubious as they did not have a contact phone number but totally contactable via their website form If you are after a Child bike Seat or in fact any other thing go here It s risk free purchasing at a very competitive price Customer service second to none I feel that strongly about it Thank you very much Matthew and Team

I think what Green Flag are getting right and the reason I would take the time to recommend them is the combination of customer centricity and user experience Their website is easily usable the team are accessible for advice and they offer it without bias giving the customer confidence that they are making the right product choice for their needs It s difficult to find this kind of company and service in an online world and I really commend the team for it Recommend trying them for yourself

Hi l ordered a Mirage car cover from wrong order

Hi l ordered a Mirage car cover from green flag knowing them to be a recognised company the parcel came but contained a pair of front seat covers I replied on the email they had sent to me saying the parcel was on its way explaining the situation I decided to have a look on trust pilot and the reviews was not good at all and got me worried but within minutes I got a reply saying sorry for the mistake and would I be able to except a parcel tomorrow from ups which I replied yes and sure enough I received it next morning all sorted in 18 hours so I can only give them 100 percent praise
