TIK TOK SHOP AND THEIR PARTNERS ARE THIEFS More than 2 months later and the THIEFS what they are has not replied to daily emails on their feedback page Facebook or Telegram I am fed-up but will not tire nor will I ever let this go I want my R4400 back and will take legal action

The worst sellers platform that has ever been created
I have been using the TikTok Seller Centre platform for my business for just over a year Without a shadow of a doubt the platform and the customer service behind it is the worst experience of my career The Help centre when there is an order issue is non existent I don t think I ve ever spoken with a human being as replies are always cut and paste AI generated BS They automatically refund your customers if the slightest delay crops up for an order leaving you frustrated out of pocket and with no options to challenge Absolutely stay away from this hot garbage of a company

Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless I ordered some USB cables and a car phone holder The items made it to UK but it is Evri delivering When it left customs I got it diverted to a Evri collection point as they just keep leaving parcels outside in my building and they get stolen anyway my parcel has said it Is out for delivery today on 27th Nov If now a week later and I still not got - Tiktok support are useless and lied to me they said was attempted delivery and I m like that is impossible it is a Evri drop of point that is open from 6am to 11pm - it shows no attempted delivery on tracking They also said problem with my address and again I said that is impossible as it is going to a Tesco Evri drop collection point I won t be ordering from tiktok shop ever again

PLouise 2 orders both wrong no reply to messages
I ordered a set variant bundle of p Louise products on TikTok They sent the wrong variety so contacted via TikTok shop Was told to return before refund so had to order and pay again 2nd order came and it s the exact same wrong items as the first order so will not be wasting my time ordering again I am disabled and unable to leave my home but to return I need to drop off at a post office No option for collecting Their agents on TikTok shop have not been responding to my messages

Seller POV If you have multiple products and or linking a shopify store stay away from tiktok There are so many synching issues it s almost laughable at this point Their customer service consists of AI bots and never actually answer the question or concern much less resolve anything You are just sent policy pages Buyer cancels the order for whatever reason prior to shipping you are still held responsible for the issue within your shop health scores It s the most useless and awful ROI for small business I ve experienced And oh don t expect to get paid any time soon Standard is delivery date of order plus 8 business days Oh and if the USPS doesn t scan or deliver you are also responsible for USPS shit performance and won t get paid

Ordered 6 tracksuits from Tik Tok shop Received within good time I only kept 1 and had to return 5 They have sent me a return conf e mail showing a return for just ONE Ive queried this on Tik Tok shop they are saying I have to wait 30 days for their seller to check and refund Very bad wont order from Tik Tok shop again

TIK TOK SHOP IS SCAMMERS
Today marks 43 days since I last got feedback from Tik Tok Promising an investigation into their shop Till this day I haven t received any feedback or my money Tik Tok Shop is nothing more than a scam They don t even reply on Social media or any reviews I am still receiving NO REPLY EMAILS when following up with my case I am realy disappointed and was foolish thinking this was an honorable company

PLOUISE ORDER- TIKTOK SHOP
Ordered 2 PLouise mystery boxes only 1 delivered Customer service awful Asked me to take a photo video of the problem Now only having a university education I couldn t figure out how to take said picture of a parcel that wasn t delivered Heard the stories about PLouise customer services should have listened Defo not using my university education seriously do not give these guys your hard earned cash and potentially being disappointed at Christmas

shocked by the support team s incompetence
I don t think I ever deal with a company with such a bad customer service in my life I ve reported the same issue multiple times about being unable to log in or delete my account but no one seems to care I keep repeating myself and It s incredibly frustrating to be met with such poor customer service Stay away and don t waste your time

I ordered make up from the beauty crop
I ordered make up from the beauty crop on Tik Tok when the parcel arrived box was damaged at both ends not sealed from damage the box was also damp so cardboard was flimsy Products that weren t in boxes small tubed items ect were missing had clearly fallen out of the gaps in the box I contacted Beauty crop to be told the sale was through Tik Tok shop to contact them I have done this and sent photos as proof for the last 11 days they have been asking for photos which I ve sent several times over and now are wanting more photos of the items I have received which again I have told them what was received and what was missing I m not sure how photos of what I have received are proof of what I didn t receive They just seem to be messing me around They have given me 48hrs to reply The customer service is shocking and they take days to reply
