I was very upset when I called TXU this evening my bill was 200 again but this time it included a 9 95 late notice fee with my late payment fee Also my bill was more than last months bill and I had not changed the temperature once I almost didn t talk to Benjamin when he answered it just all felt so hopeless I guess I only called to complain I was about to hang up when he said let me help you I said shame on TXU for charging these added fees when people are already struggling to pay the bill and survive in 3 digit temperatures for nearly 2 months Benjamin patiently listened to my rant I could go on but hearing my frustration and picking up on some key points from my rant he not only waived both fees discounted my bill helped figure out a better date for my billing cycle and explaining my usage he offered a suggestion that included how much I would save I will try it too I never ever thought I would give an energy or utility company a good review but this company actually does care about you and your situation My bill is still so high but the help I received today actually put a smile on my face Primo assistance from Benjamin at TXU
