Like others I am suffering from this company trying to bully more money from me First they sent demand for part of money on order where I had paid full amount Customer service sent email confirming full amount received then they sent another demand for same partial amount Now they have shipped package to me when I have not placed a new order This means I have to return the package when it s delivered they will be sending more demands for money Corrupt business

Like many other customers I am being sent reminders for goods that had been paid upfront If 0 stars were possible then I d gladly give it companyAll the info you need has already been provided More than once

I have been customer since 2019 every
I have been customer since 2019 every year I placed an order and paid with my card last year 2023 however i received a made up order for top 20 - 2-8 -2023 i was willing to pay for them plus shipping however I felt I shouldn t be charged constant late fees i have sent endless e mails and have never been sent a resolution just a bunch of threats i must say i have been dealing with lots of german business but never had this mess otherwise these people do send correct items
