Reduce shipping rates and improve support

Well I don t know why people are posting so many bad reviews but I have been using them since last 2 years and never had any issue just without once when they sent my item to another account holder with same name But they fixed it and sent me back my package after recovery Rates are bit high which I agree with people but saying that they are not legit that is not completely true Their support is never active on their website no matter how many times you submit support ticket but I have found another way to get in touch with them and they reply that way much sooner They just need to improve their customer support and review their charges for shipping Mini charges from US to Asia is 12 even if your product actual price is 5 I am a s s flex annual member which cost 119 yearly I will submit my request to higher authorities as I have some of their official emails but over all they deliver my products I will update you guys if they do not deliver my order in future but for now everything is averag

Wanna loose your package

They are placing shipments under wrong accouns most of the time their moto should be bermuda triangle has nothing on us And I did contact the GlobalCareCenter email as they have mentioned below yet I see no interference from their side or what so ever They gave my package to someone else and they did not compensate me I ve been following up with them since the 1st of June and it s almost August and im still waiting

scumbags i dont know which low life scumbag owns this company they sent my package to an unknown address despite me giving clear address to send it to now they claim they are going administration change their head office be careful if you get angry they do as they please with your parcel

Bought Kombi wireing loom through these guys paid 270euro and never received it the blamed customs refused to follow up on itto be honest I don t think it was ever shipped maybe a token parsel just to show something was shipped never buy through these people shopandship brazil

poor communication and customer service

Ive been a member for over 10 years Sadly they seized package 9559343463 and refused to compensate its value- They did not state anything in their website about tablets restrictions in Hong Kong- They refused to return the tablet back to China despite Hong Kong is China- They refused to compensate me the value of the package Customer service refused to accept responsibility or help despite they did not provide this info prior I lost 150 but then the manager in Bahrain gave me a cheap 30 flex renewal and stated this was a good gesture and cc all Bahrain employees in the email BAH 0923 6695Deceptful and Poor customer service and mindset
