Update on 25 Nov 2024 Website shut down Spoke with my bank today I can dispute the transaction for a refund within the 120 days But I have to wait the 40 days because that was the delivery time frame People If you re in the same situation contact your bank Because so far I was the only one The bank didn t receive any other complaints So I have to wait the 40 days at least even though the website shut is down and no replies to emails Update on 17 Nov 2024 I emailed them previously Sorry I m not allowed to post here the email address Of course no reply Shop citadel store Ordered a cat tree for the discounted price 15 Big mistake After I paid then they told me it will take 30-40 days for delivery It s very easy to make the payment without the added security from your bank for some reason It goes straight through And I really doubt if there will be a delivery No way to get your money back either I always been so careful online Well it finally happened Within hours I started receiving spam or scam emails right to my inbox Now they have my card details name address and phone number Looks like they sold all my info to online shops I never even heard of I checked they are all new websites 2024 Who knows if they are legit There s no way to unsubscribe from any of them I m guessing this is just the beginning of my problems

I ordered a cat stand from shop citadel for 15 in October no news since No confirmation email but payment was made I don t expect it to arrive Do not buy from these

I ordered a cat tree for 15 on 30-09-2024 after seeing a promotional offer ad on Instagram Something was nagging in the back of my mind that this wasn t legit but it was a very convincing website I received a confirmation email immediately after placing the order stating delivery could take 30-40 days I thought fair enough since things take longer to come from abroad However every time I checked order it hadn t even been processed and there was no reply to emails Went to check again today and the shop site has completely gone Absolute scam Thankfully I paid with PayPal so they don t have my card details but I ve still lost money Never going to ignore that suspicious feeling I had again and certainly never trusting any ads on Instagram anymore

After reviewing reviews I can also confirm I am in the same position I sent an email last month and I go an auto response back I sent another one few days ago and this time haven t received anything even the website no longer exists Luckily I paid with PayPal and it is being reviewed

SCAMPurchased a Cat Tree for 15 from this place after seeing their product online Was advised to wait for shipment between 30-40 days and obviously still no product I have approached my Bank to receive a return on my money All correspondence to this website is shut down Don t send any money Won t be purchasing from an Instagram advert again How they are allowed to be advertised on such a public forum is beyond me Be careful Guys

I have done the same thing ordered the 15 tree and the same generic email What happened to trading standards and people who dealt with these scammers when you Google citadel shop it takes you to zoo plus and B Q cat trees so is this citadel suppling them

Ordered a cat tree 6 10 and recieved and email saying delivery 40days emailed on 1 12 to find out what was happening got no reply since found out they have shut up shop complete scam am going to put a complaint into instagram on a plus note I did get my money back from my bank

Same ordered the cat post for 15 please everyone watch your bank accounts because they took more money from my account had the bank fraud team involved and all sorts they are still trying to take money but my bank have stopped it all now it looks like a uni in a different country

If I could give this zero stars I would Ordered the 15 cat tree on 31st October 2024 low behold 15th Dec still no cat tree Sent loads of emails no reply I thought it was too good to be true but went against my gut Instagram also has to take responsibility for this SCAM
