Very disappointed

I ordered a jumpsuit that s really sad because it s nothing like the picture the quality is not good at all I tried to send them a email but they never responded I literally felt like I was scammed I find it very weird because on their website you can t even write a review or check one

No Refund for return and no item on another order

My uncle allowed me to order something for my birthday I ordered a dress The dress didn t fit I returned the dress at my expense The item delivered back to the return address provided on the website I sent a few emails after the allotted time frame of 15 days excluding weekends and holidays They received the order back on 1 30 24 Today is 3 1 24 and no refund I also have another item that I ordered separately that I have not received yet I ask for status on that order and no response for that either This is not a good look for this company who constantly send emails to solicit sales I m about to start leaving comments on their social media as well as other sources to report them

Order never received nor refund

Placed an order on 10 05 23 it was pre ordered for 10 06 then pre order for 10 20 then again got 11 05 then again for 11 15and after the the pre order date changed once again to 11 30 I sent the company an email to cancel my order I received a confirmation email for the cancellation then they tell me I have to wait 7-10 day for my refund I paid through Afterpay it doesn t take that long for a refund so I contacted Afterpay and I m disputing the purchase because I never received the orders You can t speak with anyone on the telephone you can only email and even with that you have to wait 24 48 hours for a response As of today 11 22 I have not received my refund and Afterpay has not been able to reach the retailer In my opinion I ve been had and Kosmios is not a real company it s a way to scam people out of money and if they are a real store I will not be patronizing them ever again True scam artist

Don t spend your money

Placed an order on 07 31 for a pre ordered item that was scheduled to be shipped out on 08 17 Received an email on 08 21 stating that the item is delayed and won t be shipped out til 09 05 The options were to cancel or get a refund I opted to keep my order I reached out on 09 09 inquiring about my order and was told that they will fulfilled my order It s 09 20 I have not received my order asked for a refund They stated that they refunded my item and said I have to wait 3-5 for a refund confirmation email which I have before heard of It s 09 20 and I have not received my refund confirmation Will never shop at this place Don t waste your money at this place

Scam Company If I could give less than one star

If I could give less than one star I would Do not order from this company I ordered several items on November 20th 3 weeks later I received a few of the items that I ordered I emailed to inquire about the remaining items and was told that I would receive them later We are now well past the 40 day mark and I have not received the remaining items from my order They don t answer the phone This company is a scam Don t order from them It s a mess
