SCAM - DO NOT BUY

As others have stated - the website makes claims that shipping will be same day if before the cutoff time This is completely false and a scam I needed my order by a specific day Based on the claims on the website there was plenty of time but I paid for expedited shipping anyway just so I didn t have to worry Even two weeks later masks still have not arrived even though my money was taken from my account right away I cannot find a phone number to call I have sent two emails with no response DON T BUY Its a SCAM

I bought their masks 2 times the first time they arrived after 2 months even if they advertise delivery after 10 days now I have been waiting to receive their masks for almost 3 months and they don t answer any emails it is not a serious supplier attention Tiziana

Disappointing

At best this company is deceiving customers by promising same day shipping for orders placed before 2PM ET at worst they are committing fraud by taking people s money and then never shipping product About 2 weeks after my order was placed I reached out to find out the status since it had obviously not shipped same day as promised by their aggressive social media advertising and got form letter responses One tries to be patient during a pandemic but the company needs to at least communicate truthfully Six days ago I received a tracking number but this is simply the label being created - the postal service has not received or scanned the package I m now three weeks from when I placed my order that was supposed to be shipped same day and still nothing has shipped I ll give it one more week and then I ll dispute the charges with my bank Definitely a case of buyer beware

Ordered my masks on October 8th

Ordered my masks on October 8th I have not received my masks Tracking claims it was delivered at my mailbox this Saturday but I collected my mail from the mailman on Saturday and there was no package Customer service was and is useless and they have no desire to resolve this situation Horrible company

Dishonest business practices I placed an order nearly two weeks ago and as of today it hasn t shipped although I ve been charged for the masks They do not respond to emails etc I have since disputed the transactions with my credit card company

I m sorry I didn t consult this site before I ordered from this company Terrible Customer Service - I did get responses but no help - just attitude and deflection They even went so far as to change the design name - as my problem wasn t with not receiving an order but with receiving the wrong design Went back and forth with them for over a month - and all they had to say was that they no longer had the design I ordered in stock Tried to tell me that I got what I ordered - wrong I have written Jennifer Garner about taking her brand off their advertising- because she is the person who introduced me to this company - it s another Instagram vampire - sham business period Beware
