I want to warn others about buying from this store I ordered a dress that turned out to be defective it was sewn crookedly and there was missing fabric and details that were clearly shown in the pictures on their website What I received was far from the product that was presented online I contacted their customer service and sent multiple photos of the defective dress Unfortunately their response was that they couldn t do anything because their manufacturers claimed there was no issue I asked for a friendly solution such as a refund but their response was that I would have to pay for the return shipping myself a cost of 600 DKK This is completely unacceptable when the fault lies with them I fully understand that customers usually have to pay for return shipping but in this case where I received an unusable product they should take responsibility and cover the costs Their unwillingness to provide decent customer service is shocking They even stopped responding to my inquiries when I insisted on a refund Overall this experience has been a nightmare For the price they charge for their dresses you expect a high-quality product and matching service but here you get neither I would strongly advise against purchasing from this store unless you re willing to take a significant risk

Received my item and it was nothing like what was advertised an actual scam I emailed for a refund the moment I received the item and I still haven t got a response lol

It would be a 0 star if possible It took 2 weeks for my dress to arrive which wasn t an issue but when trying to contact them I had no response To return you also have to contact them which I still haven t got a response from Very long winded and awful service never ordering from here again

Received a damaged dress Lucia I emailed and sent photos to customer service who said I had to pay to return the faulty product they gave me wrong address for returning and when pushed said they would reimburse me for postage but still never received a refund Will not be buying from your company again Edit I was told by your customer service team that the return postage would be refunded once the dress inspected which I have in writing when I chased for the refund on June 13 I received no reply I ve now been emailed to say as I posted a 1 star review I won t have the refund Your company sent me a faulty product and I have to pay for it Terrible customer service

Absolutely disgusting customer service I returned two items updated them with the return information and emailed them twice Have not heard anything back and it s almost been 4 weeks since Would definitely not recommend anyone to buy from here

This website is definitely a scam The dress i received is not at all what s advertised Contacted the company for return refund but no response at all Thank goodness I paid with PayPal and was able to dispute refund Please beware do not buy from this website

Still waiting for my dress to be shipped that I ordered two weeks ago no replies to emails and I commented on their TikTok to see if I could get a response and they deleted my comment Starting to think this is a scam but I can see other people received their items hopefully I can get a response from someone soon
