Quick and thorough

I had ordered 3 pairs of boots from Newbella although I was disappointed they did not fit me the customer service was very understanding and rectified the situation in a timely manner They were very kind and quick to respond through WhatsApp they gave me a refund with their apologies and a future discount I will be visiting the store again in the near future
