Debenhams Charged me for next day delivery when loooking next day for delivery time says order being processed and response will be in 24 hrs No phone contact available So why charge for a service you clearly cannot deliver

Undelivered fridge and freezer since

I ordered a fridge and freezer since 28th December 2023 expecting delivery this week but nothing has been heard from them I have sent an email for updates no response from them either I have been trying to call their phone numbers but it s bouncing back I believe they re scammers and they should be reported to the authorities and people should avoid their website

Ordered via Facebook online some Keen shoes on July 2 They claimed they shipped via China Post to deliver Aug 12 BUT NEVER received per USPS or my Arlo video Sent several emails and they responded saying the shoes were delivered BUT the shoes were never received

I too have had a horrible experience with this criminal company Jiiv com I ordered 3 pairs of the Blowfish Mamba shoes and I waited 2 months to receive whatever these knock off versions are They are not wearable they smell they aren t even well made I contacted the company with an irate email told them how deceitful and unprofessional they were to have done this I did inform them that I will be contacting the better business bureau and my credit card company to report them as fraudulent Hopefully they will receive the proper consequences for doing this to people

This company is not trustworthy

Modarect com is not a trustworthy website company They do not adhere to their own return policy for goods received defective damaged They have refused to take the goods received damaged back and refused a refund customer service rarely responds to social media inquiries and does not respond to emails at all They do not stand behind the products they sell and products not even second quality merchandise meaning they should have been discarded due to substandard manufacturing
