Very correct dealer Always answered my questions for anything I needed to know I shopping for first time anything from Japan and many things I was not familiar The watch is brand new with warranty It was sent on time without any delay I m impressed how it was parked - so soft to be fully safe through the long way to Bulgaria It was pleasure to receive a postcard with a cherry tree - one of symbols in Japan This is attention to detail and special attitude to the client Small things make client happy make you to feel special

What an excellent shopping experience I originally ordered a Seiko Prospex watch I was worried that the bezel would be misaligned a common fault with Seiko Erika sent me pictures of the Seiko model I had ordered and both had misaligned bezels Communication was excellent I was so impressed with the customer service that I cancelled the order for the Seiko and ordered a Casio Oceanus watch from them instead Again Erika sent me pictures of the Casio to ensure it was the model I wanted Transition from cancelling the order for the Seiko and ordering the Casio was seamless Price difference was refunded immediately Shipping was very fast via DHL The watch arrived today perfect condition just as pictured and described Truly a fantastic overall experience from ShoppinginJapan net 5 stars Buy with confidence
