Had problems receiving emails so I had to call but dress arrived as expected

I was very hesitant to order a prom dress online but there was no local store that carried the right size I called Ruby s to verify the dress was in stock and received a prompt return call confirming it was I immediately ordered the dress and had it in hand in two weeks which was just as promised The employees I dealt with were very professional and Ruby s met every expectation

After being burned by another online dress shop I was not sure I wanted to try again but my daughter found a dress she loved So I found it on line at Ruby s and called to make sure they really had it The lady I spoke with was very helpful and double checked her inventory to make sure She called me back said she had it and I place my order It worked out wonderfully I would definitely recommend Ruby s

The dress I ordered was beautiful and came right as expected I ordered it just a couple weeks before I needed it and called to make sure I would get it on time The owner was so helpful and left me assured that I would receive the dress by the time needed I really appreciate the help and will be buying any future dresses I need from here as well
