What a joke

I have been going back and forth with Shop Simon for 3 months over a duplicate designer bag that they claimed they did not send me but still billed me for it I reported them to the Better Business Bureau twice after not hearing anything from their customer service online email support line and phone line They are absolutely horrible In all of my life I have not ever had to go to the BBB I am finally getting results after 3 months

It s all junk

I have somehow been signed up for their email blasts and have repeatedly asked to be unsubscribed with no luck They keep sending me emails weeks after I unsubscribed I m a man and would never buy this garbage they are trying to sell me
