Paid for Sweatshirt Never received
I purchased a sweatshirt from Southern Grit after seeing it on Pinterest Order date 02 12 2022 Emailed retailer 02 21 2022 for an update on shipping SG replied that they have a 14-21 business day processing time because their tees and sweatshirts are made to order Same item on ETSY with 2 week delivery date from different vendor Emailed SG 03 14 2022 for an update on when item would ship No reply from retailer Emailed SG 03 18 2022 with a request for a refund SG replies that the sweatshirt is significantly back ordered and offers store credit Emailed SG 04 12 2022 stating that it has been 2 months since I placed my order and requested full refund Retailer states sweatshirts did come in but not my size Offers store credit I reply 04 14 2022 that I do not want store credit nor do I want to wait any longer for the merchandise that I paid for 04 14 2022 Kelsey Cook responds that she has put in the request for the refund with her team 04 20 2022 I email Southern Grit for an ETA on refund 04 21 2022 Kelsey responds that she put in for the refund the week before and that the sweatshirts should be coming in soon so if I want it to let her know I did not let her know I do not want the shirt or to deal with them any longer It is now 05 03 2022 and I still have not received the refund 36 69 might not be a lot of money but I think it s the principle of the matter I have had to continually email this boutique for months to beg for an item that I paid for

I have had now Two bad experiences with this business My first experience was last year and it took MONTHS and me reaching out to the owner personally via FB to get a resolution She gave me store credit and a code for 20 off my next 3 orders I gave her benefit of the doubt and ordered 1 more time One of those items were the Stevie overalls These were a preorder and said on the website they would be shipped 01 30 I reached out to their support email on 02 23 asking for an update Kelsey Cook responded with this Hi Danyel We are still awaiting the next update from our vendor regarding the Stevies The second we have an update we will notify you That is the LAST response I have received from their email I emailed again 03 09 03 23 03 29 05 02 and again this morning 05 11 NO response from their email I even stated I would be willing to take a different product instead of the original I reached out to the owner via fb messenger on 03 31 with screenshots of my attempts via email She responded with Thank you Give me some time to look into this And I never heard back from her I sent follow up messages on 04 19 and 05 01 with no response They have a policy on pre order items that the orders cannot be cancelled But after 4 months of no communication or resolution I feel like a cancellation refund exchange should be available We chose to spend our hard earned money with this business and did not receive our full orders or any items at all for some It s disheartening that a business could do this to people trying to support them

I preordered a white jumpsuit for my wedding bridals After months of waiting and well past the promised ship date - I never got the jumpsuit Had to cancel my bridal photos I emailed them upwards of 4-5 times for status and never got a response I sent a final email and said DO NOT SHIP THIS TO ME - I have canceled my bridal photos because of not receiving this jumpsuit I received a response with a promise of store credit and that the jumpsuit would not be shipped Well They shipped it anyway And then when I emailed them about their error in shipping it to me anyway they tried to charge me for a return shipping label ON SOMETHING THEY SHIPPED WHEN THEY WERENT SUPPOSED TO They finally agreed to pay the return shipping cost as it was their error But That was in June-August Here it is January and I cannot get a response back on multiple emails regarding my store credit for the jumpsuit This company is dog crap The owner is out of her depths with a crap attitude Do NOT BUY from this company unless you want months of headache trying to chase down responses and address concerns

Don t buy from them
Don t buy from them My daughter got some stuff from her Nov 25 2022 and her it is Feb 2023 still hasn t received her stuff nor will she give her a refund and when you ask about your order on Facebook she will block you so I feel like she got Scammed

I ordered something early September 2022 but I never received it They kept telling me it was back ordered but I would receive it soon After 4months of waiting I requested a refund but never heard back It s been 5months I have not received the item or a refund Do not order from them they will rob you

Terrible company
Terrible company I ordered 140 worth of t shirts and she has not refunded me or sent my items It has been 3 months I ordered 12 22 and it is 3 18 now No resolution I did receive an email stating if they go over their 45 business day time frame I would get a refund that was about 3 weeks ago Literally robbing people and getting away with it The owner should be in jail

Ordered an item and within 19 days it still hadn t shipped I reached out to the email provided They told me the item was a drop item and would ship directly from a warehouse I replied saying that I understood but I asked for an estimated shipment date and I received no response I waited 24 hours and requested a refund and got no response I commented on her Instagram post hoping they would see it and get back to me via email and when I checked the next day they had deleted not only my comment but another customer s comment This is still an ongoing situation By the lack of communication and response from the merchant I ve taken this as unprofessional rude and very scam-like business This business seems to care more about posting on social media than taking care of its customers Will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau

I ordered a Shacket in which I never received I emailed them about it they said I would receive it in early November Mid November comes around I email them and a week goes by I get no response I left comments questioning about the item on their IG and the comments get deleted I had to google the owner and comment on her personal IG page to get communication and my money back for the item They re a trash company

SAD but I have a feeling I ll never get my item
Purchased the item on 2 28 23 for 55 43 I emailed the business on 3 19 4 21 5 6 5 16 5 19 5 22 and 5 30 on Instagram and TikTok DMs At this time on 5 30 23 the statement has been removed from their website but the only response I ve been given was on 3 19 which stated You may have overlooked our graphic tee policy that was located in theproduct description of all the graphic tees we currently sell Ourgraphic tee policy is a 2-3 business day processing time This allowsus to carefully look over the order and make sure that there are noissues before sending them off to our offsite vendor for production From there it s a 21-45 business day production time This does notinclude shipping to us and then to you Once your tees are shipped you will receive a notification with updated tracking Our tees areunable to be cancelled once the order is placed However if you nolonger wish to wait on them before the policy window we do allow forstore credit or an exchange of tees we have on hand At this time I don t have my item I haven t gotten an update another response or my money back I was really looking forward to my order I ll be disputing with my bank and I may also submit a fraud claim to the FTC
