The ear buds I ordered did not work properly so I got in touch with customer service They responded promptly and instructed me to try several things When none of these worked they determined that the buds were defective from the factory or in shipping and promptly fully refunded my money Meghan from customer service was exceptionally helpful and friendly It is nice to see such good customer service

I ordered a Bluetooth speaker from Shopsta to take away on a family holiday Everyone agreed that the speaker itself had great sound and it was easy for everyone to connect their phones to We used it around the pool and it s withstood all the splashing too I contacted customer service after ordering as I needed to know it would arrive in time for our holiday and Megan couldn t have been more helpful giving tracking information All in I am a happy customer and would definitely order from this website again

I bought Blitz Wolfe earbuds from Shopsta The service I received prior to receiving the product was excellent The discount didn t come off so they refunded me immediately and I had concerns about delivery via Royal Mail and they updated me throughout One of the ear buds stopped working and although there was a delay in responding to me - which I did find quite worrying - they replaced the product immediately without even talk of sending the faulty product back refunds - which can be a massive faff Overall I was very pleased with their service and Megan was fantastic
