I am beyond frustrated with Swank A Posh s handling of my issue I ordered two pairs of jeans in the same size yet they fit completely differently After measuring both pairs the blue jeans were wider and longer than the black ones despite being listed as identical sizes on their website This is a clear case of inaccurate sizing which is entirely their fault not mine When I reached out I was told that returns are only eligible for STORE CREDIT This is ridiculous Why would I want credit for another pair of jeans when their sizing is clearly unreliable Their refusal to issue a refund to my original payment method for a mistake on their end is completely unfair and unacceptable Their return policy does not mention anything about denying refunds for items that are improperly sized so this feels like an outright scam I expected better transparency and accountability from a company I trusted I ll never shop here again and I urge others to avoid them unless they want to risk wasting their money DO BETTER SWANK A POSH
