This company is not based in the UK Its a company based in China and returns are at your own expense which is more than the cost of the products The products are cheap and not the correct sizes

Just completely dreadful - worst experience I have ever had with any online purchase Item never dispatched followed up after 10 days for an update got an abrupt response told would cancel it Asked when refund would come - told probably next week Now 3 weeks later and vendor is ignoring me Had to open a dispute with paypal to attempt to re-claim my money

Awful company based in China not the uk The product ordered was cheap and tacky and far too small nothing like the vintage description on their website They tried fobbing me off with how much return would cost Luckily I paid with PayPal and got a refund without returning but they are now pestering me over returning the item and not in a nice manner Avoid at all costs they are a con merchant

Do not buy from this company I spent 50 on a pair of boots I hadn t even had them on my feet for 1 minute and the eyelet popped out and broke they eventually sent me a new pair they did the exact same thing on my 2nd time of wearing them I now have 2 pairs of shoes I can t wear they are very very cheap and tacky and are not even worth 10 They will not let me return them or give me a refund they are faulty Please don t buy from these scammers

Avoid these scammers at all cost

I was scammed by Shopu when I bought a costume for 112 The delivery was 4 weeks late even though I d paid 10 extra for express shipping When I contacted Shopu s customer support the arrange a return they refused to give me a refund and they eventually stopped replying to my emails The phone number on their website is invalid and they re based in China which makes it difficult to contact them

Terrible experience

Terrible experience ordered a costume for an event paid extra for urgent delivery Costume hasn t arrived and now won t arrive in time for the event No responses to enquiries I want a refund but expect that is going to be a painful process I recommend all stay away don t make the mistake I have

Scam site Avoid at all costs

Awful company late deliveries and fake advertising on what they are selling I ordered a joker costume and all the items of clothing were different sizes some parts were small some medium and some large Contacted about a refund and haven t anything back Do not use this site

Horrendous company - poor products wrong size cheap materials Tried to send back but they are asking me to pay shipping for a faulty item Can anyone stop these scammers I m going to report them and seek legal advice as they can t continue to do this to people

What ever you do don t order from this company comes 4 weeks late wrong sizes and won t return your item of refund you there based in China so please save your self time headache and stress look elsewhere

Shocking

Shocking ordered 3 items to the value of 81 00 Only received 2 of them Cheap plastic sandals arrived when advertised as pigskin and a cheap tatty cardigan thing A pair of sandals missing thank goodness Clearly not a UK based business I ve asked several times for a full refund of which clearly 3 different people have replied with different offers What don t they understand when FULL REFUND is requested Why should I send back poor quality goods to China when they say they re based in UK Reporting my concerns to BRITISH TRADING STANDARDS as their advertising is incorrect Avoid like the plague They don t even deserve one star
