Absolutely pissed Purchased a vape had an issue replaced with new vape Now won t charge not even 2 weeks in Now the Henderson manager won t accept a refund to go towards a different and better brand of vape I feel used by this company They ve sold a faulty and crappy vape therefore they need to either refund the full amount or credit towards a new vape I ve always been a customer but no more

Every morning I go to Shoosa Newmarket

Every morning I go to Shoosa Newmarket before work the guy is never there at 9am I should think that the apparent manager should be there on time Very annoying seeing as I walk all the way here and have sat for up to half an hour waiting The girls there are fantastic and give wonderful service always open on time I think that Shoosa needs to realvauate its Management

Shosha have terrible after sales care Manukau Store don t understand how consumer law works Attempted to return a faulty vape and they will pulled every string to tell me No Auckland in red light setting and one of the store employees was not wearing a mask for the entire 15 minutes I was in the store Poor consumer service would recommend people visit cosmic over shosha Cosmic have a higher level of after sales care and understand NZ consumer law

Avoid Trash Consumerism Awful place

I was recommended the company s own product by staff management Wow this stuff has a petroleum aftertaste and made me feel physically unwell Whoever created this product didn t give a hoot for the customer These people want your money not your customer satisfaction When I went back and said I was concerned how bad this product was the manager and staff treated me like I was actually stupid and tried to tempt me to buy more of their stock I said I would never go back Quit while you are ahead Breathe fresh air Avoid trash consumerism Live well be happy to yourselves and one another

Terribly disappointed Contacted the sales team over the phone and enquired on what colours were available regarding a vape kit I was interested The person said it s randomly allocated but to drop an email to the sales team I placed the order and sent two emails requesting black One via the website and another email as per given Guess what I received my least favourite colour which I specified to NOT send Very annoying given the vape kit cost me 120

Misleading information on shipping and delivery

Shipping info on their website i Orders placed before 3pm NZDT will be processed and dispatched on the same day ii Orders placed after 3pm NZDT will be processed and dispatched the next business day Fake info In reality orders placed early mornings are dispatched after 3 days in the best-case scenario so it takes 1 week at least to be delivered No explanations or apologies for delay whatsoever just very argumentative staff who would better focus their energy on processing and shipping rather than repeating that the order is processing you can see it in processing status for the last 3 days anyway
