Had a problem with the charger cable slightly out of warranty but fair play to Shot Scope a couple of emails later and they have agreed to send me a new one Fantastic customer service which reassures me that when it comes to replacing upgrading my product Shot Scope will be the first place I look

Going above and beyond
I recently had an issue with my Shot Scope V3 watch when the buckle on the strap broke Initially I was concerned because I found that there were no replacement straps available However after reaching out to Shot Scope s customer service I was thoroughly impressed with how quickly and efficiently they resolved the issue A big thank you to Joanne who was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process Despite the lack of new straps she arranged for replacement parts to be sent out and I was able to repair the strap without any further hassle Her excellent service turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one I truly appreciate the fantastic support and dedication from the Shot Scope team Highly recommend their customer service

Prompt Support
Bought the V5 watch after upgrading from V3 and out of the box it wouldn t read the tags well The tags had to essentially touch the watch band to register After a couple of times going back and forth I sent the watch back and they sent me a new one that works great

Amazing customer service Contacted them in regards a replacement buckle for my GPS watch which I had somehow lost They sent me a replacement straightaway free of charge even though I was outside any warranty period Great company

EXCELLENT SERVICE

Upload problems sorted
After purchasing my v5 I was eager to test it on the golf course so I played a round and when I got home I tried to sync and upload my results Every time I tried I received an error message I thought I might not have used the watch correctly on the course so I played another round and tried again I received the same error message I contacted support and the resolved my problem immediately Not to mention follow-up emails to ensure I did not have any other problems Thank you support
