The Shower Bay shower is a life saver My mother has dementia and is wheelchair bound None of our showers in the house are accessible for her We set up the Shower Bay shower in the main room where we have her hospital bed - and now it is so easy to give her a gentle shower We just roll her into the shower and can set the water to any temperature and any gentleness Its works great No leaks Also customer service is fantastic I needed an extra drain filter and Russell immediately sent it to me with no charge Very friendly and helpful

Where was this beauty at three years ago

First I was particularly impressed how Russell was there from beginning to end He answered all my questions satisfactorily and even guided me to finding a part of the Bay in the discarded boxes that came with the whole assembly only an expert would have told me where to look The Bay itself is a God-send My care to my wife in bathing was cut by at least 50 Thank you thank you

Saved us a demolition

We were told 6 to 9 months wait to have a completed bathroom installed in our main floor Our father was being released in a week from rehab We started searching for portable showers to get us thru the months Never did we think there was such a high class portable shower out there We immediately called and Russell returned our call that day Explained in detail and so kindly how it worked The water in and out It was exactly what we needed wanted Well it s been a few weeks and we are just going to keep using the Shower Bay instead of going through the demolition of a full bathroom My father is 92 and absolutely loves sitting in his space with the hot water running over him We are so grateful to Russell and this company for providing a reliable elegant solution during a very difficult time

Fantastic product even more fantastic customer service

Not only was this product life-changing for my mother who lost ability to walk up the stairs regularly to shower but the level of service I received from Russell and the team was phenomenal Anytime I had a question or was unsure I got a personal phone call or text I was given thorough information in my initial call to make an advised decision And the delivery and set up was really seamless I recommend this product and this company to anyone that feels like they would benefit

A HAPPIER NEW YEAR All my experiences with Showerbay from ordering delivery assembly and showering have been great After months of sponge baths my husband is delighted and amazed with his Christmas gift this year

What a find

From the very beginning of finding this shower to speaking with Russell it has been an amazing experience He accommodated our schedule and the unit arrived just when needed The quality is superb and we even got accessories we weren t expecting I have shown the video to and recommended this to our visiting doctor nurse and several caregivers and friends This was an awesome alternative to having to add another bathroom to the house Thank you

Quick fix to a big problem

The product was well engineered took 20 min to assemble The owner called to see if there were any issues with the shower and thanked me for the purchase You do not see that kind of follow up anymore All of the in-home care providers liked it and took pictures to show other clients I would recommend this product to others

This is the most phenomenal product

This is the most phenomenal product So easy to put together It took about 20 minutes and no tools were required My mother has used it several times and it could not be more perfect We use the lavatory sink and despite the small size of the sink it works perfectly All of the caregivers nurses PT and OT people have been very impressed The cost is affordable and so much better then going through a ver costly renovation We are just thrilled and would wholeheartedly recommend it
