After reading the terrible reviews I was so worried about delivery and the quality of the dresses But my items were delivered today 5 days after I ordered and the dresses are stunning I will definitely be ordering again I contacted customer service through the live chat and they were also brilliant Thankyou so much

I had a return on the way via Australia
I bought a dress for a wedding usually I buy from Reformation but didn t want to pay the price tag I freaked out after I read all the negative reviews here but the dress arrived and it s perfect Fits great and the material quality is decent for what you pay and most importantly it looks great Will buy again

My favourite brand to shop
I ordered a dress from Showpo but unfortunately the courier lost the parcel so I got in touch with the Showpo team to let them know what had happened Chelsea was so helpful and offered a number of options including sending a replacement which she did via express courier She was so helpful and communicative throughout the process I ve ordered from Showpo for many years and they ve always been amazing

I bought a beautiful Maxi-dress from
Purchased a dress for a hens a week out and unfortunately I over estimated my size which seem two sizes too big so returned it for a size down and the parcels came within two days of ordering them through express shipping Unfortunately there was a manufacturing fault in the second dress so wasn t able to wear it The support team and Chelsea from support were great in assisting a refund within their return policy and understanding of the fault in the dress Thanks team for your customer service and support in a timely matter
