I had ordered 2 dresses and after placing my order I realized I had typed my email wrong I had reached out to customer service and have been communicating with Kara this whole time Between the promptness and help she has provided it s been a very positive experience Once I received my dresses unfortunately they were too small and I had to initiate a return Again being I had the wrong email address I followed up again with Kara who provided me the return label and now that it s been received had provided me the update I can t express how much it means to have really helpful customer service and I need to note Kara has gone above and beyond I look forward to placing future orders With the correct email address lol
