Fantastic workers

They arrived at said time They were very professional and very polite The work they have done is fantastic Amazing they never stopped worked all day None stop Not even a break for lunch Two amazing workers they knew what each other was doing Would go through this firm again

A great company

A great company from first contact to completion everything was done within the timescale advised and all doors and windows were replaced in 2 days This was the only company that looked inside and out of our property advised possible alternative configurations to the windows and front door and provided the quote before leaving All the people we dealt with were friendly polite and professional highly recommended There was 1 problem caused by the window frame manufacturer which was addresses promptly and caused us no real problem

We had 3 windows and a door fitted and its was a positive experience from start to finish The fitters arrived when they said they would and worked very hard they put dust sheets down and hoovered when they had finished We are very pleased with the installation and would highly recommend

Fantastic customer care and workmanship

We had the Upvc cladding fascia and soffit completed on our property to replace the old wooden exterior Shropshire home improvements provided a detailed and reasonable quote with the work able to be completed in a timely manner We had a duo of father and son undertake the work over 2 and a half days they were amazing Very polite excellent attention to detail and cleaned the area up throughout They were very hardworking and kept us up to date throughout They even added an extra job of fitting insulation for us without it being a hassle as we realised this was an issue when the wooden cladding was removed We are very happy with the work Would highly recommend this company and would defiantly use them again for future work

Excellent experience

The company were excellent from start to finish From initial visit to final check the team of workers were polite friendly and hard working The different work that had to be done by different members of the workforce flowed easily from one area to another with no long waits It was very well co ordinated The workmen completed the conservatory in record time and left the site clean and tidy once finished The finished work was checked over and I am thoroughly pleased with the finished product What was most important to me as a widowed elderly woman was that I felt safe and confident that the job would be well done I am pleased to say it was

Really pleased with everything very helpful from start to finish the team did a brilliant job not only fitting the new doors windows but sorting out some issues that were there surrounding the fitting of them Couldn t ask for any better

Extremely pleased with windows and door

We are repeat customers and had triple glazing at the front of the house and a new front door to follow up glazing work done in 2022 at the back of the house Fitters polite prompt tidied up as they went along and installed everything well House is now toasty and looking forward to lower energy bills

Triple glazing and garage roof

I recently had Shropshire Home Improvements fit new triple glazing and was really impressed with the quality of the windows and doors and also the friendly and expert fitting When my garage roof felt became cracked with age i got them to fit a new rubber roof Again the product and fitting were very well done and i am very pleased with both jobs that have been complrted
