I was going to report a fraud to the police

This was probably my worst experience of buying something online I ordered Shure MV6 microphone on shureshop com mx in early hours of 13 11 2024 In the next several days I sent several messages asking when they gonna send my order to their main WhatsApp 52 56 3814 8543 but someone read my messages and didn t bother to reply I also send message to their other WhatsApp 52 55 1090 4286 with the same result So I cancelled my order on the website on 15 11 2024 Nothing happened On 19 11 2024 I managed to find their physical shop phone 52 55 5543 4763 and someone finally answered the call and said the website person will call me back No-one called me back Next day 20 11 2024 I called again to the same number with the exactly the same result I was going to report a fraud to the police but 21 11 2024 in desperation I send a WhatsApp message from different phone number Surprisingly I received a message with FedEx guide number On the website my cancellation was refused on the pretext they already sent an order Actually they handed the order to FedEx only on the next day 22 11 2024 A week later 28 11 2024 I finally received my order If you value your nerves don t buy anything on shureshop com mx
