That s 3 orders we ve had from the Shutter Store The orders were dealt with by Alex and Melissa and their advice and guidance was invaluable I had one problem with my shutters which was entirely my fault and Melissa was very patient and understanding and between us we worked it out and the shutters were great When ordering for a larger window I was a bit concerned when Alex suggested using 3 frames as the weight would be too heavy for the hinges otherwise That turned out to be the perfect remedy for us Really couldn t believe how quickly they arrived after confirming the order and the delivery team were really good The shutters look great and at a fraction of the cost of getting a company in to fit them

I placed my first order today with the Shutter Store and it was a simple process Later in the day a member of their staff rang me and talked through the order making a couple of slight alterations that I had missed I found that extremely useful and reassuring that the order was checked by us together and I am now looking forward to receiving our first shutter and then after seeing how it looks and how we find the fitting of it I will be ordering more for the other windows
