We are over the moon with our plantation shutters from the Shutter Factory The quality of the shutters are excellent as was the the service from The Shutter Factory From the initial contact email with Alex to getting a free quote by the design consultation John great help in making sure our interests and concerns were adhered to and then to installation by Boby who also made sure we were happy with everything BEFORE he make holes in the walls all of this literally days before Christmas The whole experience has been 5 star and we couldn t be happier The shutters have completely transformed our home so much so that we are now ordering more for the upstairs to complete the whole house We are south facing so in the winter the sun comes straight through with the shutters we can enjoy the sun but re direct it up or down Just love shutters
