Order not delivered after three weeks No answer by email facebook for 10 days after multiple polite tries Sick of it EDIT they did answer me after I posted the review They did not apologise nor did they believe that my order did not arrive After I showed them proof they still didn t apologise and worst they threatened me that they would send me my order ONLY if I would remove my comment on here I said I would edit it and here I do I have received my order but I am disgusted by their attitude You might have no problem at all by ordering at them -I think my initial problem came from the transporter- and their product look good - but I advice to avoid this shop because of its poor reactivity and poor attitude -Ils ont fini par me r pondre apr s avoir lu ma critique ici Ils ne se sont pas excus s et pire n ont pas cru que ma commande n tait pas arriv e Apr s leur avoir montr les preuves ils ne se sont toujours pas excus s et pire m ont menac en me disant qu ils m enverraient ma commande pay e UNIQUEMENT si je supprimais mon commentaire ici J ai dit que je le modifierais et voil qui est fait Aujourd hui j ai bien re u ma commande mais je suis d go t par leur attitude Vous n aurez peut- tre aucun probl me en commandant chez eux - je pense que mon probl me initial venait du transporteur - et leurs produits sont beaux - mais je conseille d viter cette boutique en raison de son attitude aux clients tr s choquante Je suis pourtant rest tr s cordial avec eux plus longtemps que j aurais voulu l tre
