Bad impression
The delivery wasn t on time they couldn t give me a reason they couldn t give me a discount either I could cancel it though So when I found my pc parts elsewhere and ordered those and told them to cancel they asked if I only wanted to cancel the part that wasn t there yet although the site said it was only they hadn t told me there was part so yeah Poor shop Best avoided

Don t trust their stock info
Ordered a 4090 Graphics card for 1750 which was clearly in stock They contacted me to tell me that they can t send me the product so I should either choose another one or cancel the order The alternatives are 2000 I paid with Ideal so the transfer was immediate now I will wait 14 days for them to process the refund So no more orders from me

Terrible Experience - Inconsistent Availability and Slow Refund Process
I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with SiComputers I placed an order for an item that was marked as available on their website but after two days I received an email informing me that the item was no longer available despite having checked the website the day before and confirming its availability This inconsistency in product availability was frustrating and left me questioning the reliability of their online inventory system It s incredibly frustrating to order something that is supposedly in stock only to be told it s unavailable after the fact This lack of communication and reliability when it comes to product availability is a major issue that SiComputers needs to address To make matters worse the refund process was excruciatingly slow After being informed that the item I ordered was no longer available I requested a refund which should have been a straightforward process However it took a whopping 14 days for me to receive my refund This delay is simply unacceptable in today s e-commerce landscape where customers expect prompt and efficient service Overall my experience with SiComputers was incredibly frustrating and disappointing The inconsistency in product availability and the painfully slow refund process have left me with a negative impression of the store I would caution anyone considering shopping here to be wary of similar issues and perhaps explore alternative options with more reliable inventory systems and faster customer service

I ordered a 3080 GPU at the end of December The company has been silent for 5 months when they informed me that the GPU was not going t to be available at the price we agreed Now after more than two months from their note I am still waiting for a refund which I have already solicitated but to no avail

In-Stock info is wrong refunds are slow
I ordered a motherboard from SiComputers that was listed as In Stock at Supplier 2 to 3 days shipping because they had it at a better price than another shop Two days later I was told that the item was End of Life which made no sense given that it was listed as being in-stock that the manufacturer definitely still sells this exact model Given that they say it can take 14 days to get a refund I m not happy about this experience

The company DO NOT RETURN money
The company DO NOT RETURN MONEY I ordered Edifier speakers from them at the beginning of February But instead of promised 2-3 working days the purchase was not sent to me even after a week So I cancelled the order and asked the company to return me my money Now four weeks after cancellation and despite two my reminder calls and two their promises to make the transfer nothing happens not even an email with any explanations
