Terrible app In order to add money you have to connect it to your bank account Every time I did this it failed Tried across 2 different banks and each time failed Deleted the app after trying multiple times

AVOID THIS COMPANYThe easy access account is not easy access It takes 24 hours to withdraw money if you try and withdraw after 11am I tried to deposit 2000 and now they are asking me for proof of my wealth and source of funds Closing my accounts and moving to a traditional bank

Anxiety-inducing wait for your money to appear
Transferred some savings across due to them offering a better rate and despite there being a delay of up to a day on interest the money was always visible to me However upon then transferring over a large amount they suddenly blocked the transfer pending checks The money is not visible in my account it has simply vanished from sight I sent them the documents they asked for and have not heard anything now for 3 days despite me chasing them This is anxiety-inducing - have I lost my savings They won t even reply to the online chat Barclays warned me this might be a scam and now I am wondering whether it is I m extremely worried about where my money is and even if it does show up this is a pretty disgusting way to treat your customers I predict they won t last long if they continue like this and I suspect I may have to contact the financial ombudsman soon

Not a great experience as a founding
Not a great experience as a founding member After transferring money into a savings account with Sidekick it s held in pending state for over a week and yet to be released or returned Not impressed with the app and lack of transaction detail not knowing when or how much interest is being paid In app communication is poor having to chase rather than be provided with updates Will consider closing and moving elsewhere

Really getting concerned Have previously placed money in savings but last 2 transactions of very large sums are pending and so cannot be put into my savings account They say they are doing Fraud prevention checks but payments are only from my bank account of 45 years They have responded saying it may take a day to clear the funds but this is not the issue The issue is that they are demanding evidence of the source of the funds So you cannot just move your saving from another account to here with ease Specifically this is what they asked for when I tried to transfer in 20 000 Source of Funds is the origin of the funds being used for your payment to Sidekick Please provide one of the following - Savings Last month s account statement - Dividends Copy of dividend certificate - Other please state

I waited a month to have my application
I waited a month to have my application approved No way am I investing my savings with a company who takes so long Gave them so much personal data too - I ve made a request under GDPR for all my personal data gathered by them during the application process to be deleted I wouldn t recommend to anyone
