Product is terrible Touch function doesn t work Faucet doesn t even turn on and I had a plumber install it Cheaply made Faucet head is extremely loose and nothing you can do to tighten it Overall cheap product Save your money

DONT BUY I purchased a kitchen faucet and the soap dispenser neither worked They DONT stand behind the product There are no people to talk to when things go wrong just some crazy email named Mary DONT do it I lost 350 plus the cost of installation THIS WAS A 700 MISTAKE Save yourself the problem and go to Home Depot

Good product No issues with the faucet The support could be better The support was not helpful with finding the status and whereabouts of my package Update the support requested I submit a review here to get 30 gift card When I submitted their form to complete it they said they do not know how to assist me Thank you for contacting Signature Faucets We have received your query however we re not sure how to be of assistance Kindly provide us with more details of your concern and we ll assist you further Horrible company

Buyer beware

We had a kitchen faucet installed professionally The plumber said he has seen terrible craftsman ship and warned us against installing this faucet However we took a chance and installed it anyway 2nd day we noticed a leak on the counter by the on off switch Then the 3 rd day our hardwood flooring had come up under the sink from a leak below 4th day more water has leaked to the basement What a nightmare Thousands in damage Then we tried to reach out for a return or refund and no reply Please don t purchase from this company

Terrible customer service and product

I bought a new faucet with touch sensor and the third day after installation the faucet wasn t working I replaced the batteries for the sensor and got one more day of use before it did the exact same thing There is no phone number to contact only through email that they say will be returned in 1-2 days In the meantime I don t have a working kitchen faucet Totally unacceptable customer service Wish I never purchased this

Returning product nightmare

The faucet we purchased was fine but it did not fit exactly as we had hoped on our sink I initiated a return and received an email saying I would get another email with a shipping label within 48-72 hours I have tried several times to get this email I feel like the reply email is very generic and I am not sure it s a human No where on their website is an address or phone number Very frustrating I am going send a dispute to credit card company

This company hides their return policy

This company hides their return policy in fine print and they charge you a restocking fee when you return their garbage The faucet we purchased was a cheaply made piece of junk that they pretend is on sale for half price The faucet shouldn t have been 100 to begin with and they charged 300 for it and then steal 20 from you when you return it It also took multiple requests to finally get a return label issued
