I had a supposed home wellness visit in September by this fraudulent company It was supposed to last an hour but the PA who barely spoke English asked only a couple of questions and was finished in 10 minutes I called Signify and Humana to get a copy of this supposed wellness visit and my promised 100 gift card Humana said Signify was responsible and Signify said it would take 3 months to get both items Well 3 months passed and guess what No copy of this fraudulent telehealth wellness visit and no gift card I will be contacting an attorney to see if this is government fraud

signify harasses and stalks me The review they did has false information on it They have sent me the same results over and over They call me daily even though I told them to stop They want me to leave my pcp and I told them no I have yet to get the rewards I am supposed to get They are the worse

Signify Health Assessments are bogus

The health assessment contained quite a few false hoods and irregularities in it A lot of the tests that she said we re conducted were not conducted I do not smoke I do not drink I do not have PAD peripheral artery disease There was no test taken for that I do not have chronic kidney disease no pain assessment was done her description of substance use or abuse was incorrect There was no eye exam done Most of this assessment is just garbage I plan to talk to my attorney and I also plan on filing a grievance with Aetna

Harassment to the 3rd level

Due to the hurricanes and physicians appointments the at home visits were cancelled and rescheduled I advised this company that I would contact them once I made my specialist s appointments and rescheduled Within 5 minut I received a phone call about scheduling an appointment The phone calls are now being very inconsiderate I am sick and do not like being harassed I am contemplating reporting this treatment to the insurance commission

Scamming you out of your Medicare dollars more of

This is a true scam to leach more of your Medicare dollars I don t know how many times I ve told signify Health that I have a PCP that I get regular physicals with my primary doctor and that I don t need a home visit or want a home visit yet they keep calling and calling Literally harassing me know this they are upcoding these visits in order to charge more than your primary doctor charges Medicare This is a scam to basically steal money -which are your Medicare dollars one healthcare provider didn t even know how to check a blood pressure -I m a nurse practitioner and had to show her One of them was supposedly going to do a blood test on my husband and didn t know how to draw blood and stuck him three times this should be investigated at the congressional level and stopped

Not worth even talking to

No options for doing visits somewhere other than home will not take no for an answer unless you are straight up rude or just hang up on them Rep called didn t tell me anything just told me i needed to schedule an in home appt I politely refused and she just wanted to know why I explained that I do not want the invasion of privacy of letting a stranger into my home Nether myself or my husband are shut ins or unable to go doctor s appointments at the clinic and I just don t feel in home health visits are necessary I thanked her for calling and as I was hanging up I could still hear her trying to keep me on the phone and schedule an appointment They use every shady scam call tactic in the book to try and book an appointment

I supposedly had a Health provider scheduled to come to my house for June 6 2024 between 3 6 pm I moved my schedule around so I could accommodate the visit I waited for 3 hours no one showed up Not even a courtesy call to at least let me know they were running late or won t be able to make it Not sure why Aetna continues to do business with this outfit Makes Aetna look bad most probably will lose customers Aetna better wake up

Probably phishing for info

I received multiple phone calls telling me I should take advantage of the free nurse visits offered I am not a shut in and regularly visit my doctors for healthy preventative check ups I told them I was not interested in a home visit I finally agreed to a phone virtual visit Gave both my home and cell phone numbers along with my home address I prepared for the visit as they had requested They wanted all of my health and meds listed and also my insurance cards Someone called the day before the appointment to ask if I wanted to practice a video conference I had done plenty through previous work stuff so politely declined The appointment time was scheduled for 9 to 9 30 am No link was sent Sat with my computer landline and cell phone and waited for an hour They had also requested I make sure my phones are set to receive ALL calls in case the nurse would call from his her personal phone Did not receive ANY text messages emails or phone calls I now am thinking they are going to bombard me with calls junk mail and emails I believe this is just to phish for information and they may possibly charge Medicare fraudulently

Gift card scam

We received persistent calls to schedule in home nurse visit in return for 100 gift cards to Walmart Since no cards were ever received we called the rep who explained WellCare provided the wrong address however the nurse came to our correct address The rep said we would receive our gift cards by 4 15 24 No cards have arrived This company is a scam

This disgusting company hung up on me

My wife and I scheduled nurse health visits with Signify Health for both of us on the same day and time period through Aetna Medicare The nurse arrived but showed an appointment for my wife only they do not give the nurse authority to also process me So I immediately called Signify Health They would not allow the nurse to check me but would only schedule another appointment The agent then angrily hung up on me Since I had the phone on speaker the nurse was here to confirm this and to witness that I said nothing inappropriate Aetna should be ashamed of hiring this company Signify Health is horrible but is Aetna any better for continuing to use them despite the disgusting customer reviews and behavior I don t think so
