Rigid Customer Service Policy and Experience
Our recent experience with customer service was unsatisfactory We encountered an issue with incorrect billing details on an invoice Unfortunately the response from the representative Christian Reyes was that the company does not issue credit notes or reissue invoices This rigid policy is surprising and disappointing and it contrasts with standard practices in the industry

Company of Thieves DO NOT USE
I have been charged for over 6 months for an employee who left the company and have been trying for weeks to get the account closed and stop the charges as well as requesting a refund The employee in question was originally part of my main account and it seems when they were leaving mistakenly instead of the account being closed it was set up as a new account with three seats and charges started We noticed this recently and contacted support Christian Reyes from support repeatedly replies that they will not provide any refund and in his latest response he suggests that we reinstate the inactive email address or try to cancel through the bank This email chain has been going on for weeks In summary awful company do not trust them do not use them I copy the latest reply here Please note that only the account owner can cancel the account Can you please confirm if you can contact your local IT department to reinstate the email Otherwise I can suggest that you contact the card provider and dispute the charge This way the account will be cancelled due to non-payment of invoice

Don t expect a response from the support department Their support needs support because they are 100 incapable of answering emails We have several requests tickets open for months and none of them get a reply

Total waste of time and money
Total waste of time and money Having subscribed to the software I spent 2 hours wrestling with it to upload a simple MS Word document The software insisted on changing the contents which made it complete nonsense to read I asked for a refund and was referred to their terms and conditions Steer well clear unless you have time on your hands to fix their software glitch with them

No customer service
I used SignRequest for quite a while and I was really satisfied with their software Until I couldn t reach my own company email address anymore due to a malfunction at Microsoft So almost a month ago I requested SignRequest to change my email address because I couldn t use the two way verification with my email anymore for logging into my paid account The willingness to help me is just sub zero They ask me 5 or 6 times what the problem is It is just so unprofessional

I did a test drive on SignRequest and never used it They charged me 9 mo twice before I caught it I reported it to my bank because I didn t recognize the charge The bank got 9 back AND THEN THEY TRIED TO BILL ME AGAIN I protested and their customer service recommended that I review their cancellation film I do NOT have an account and have never used this service I recommend that you avoid having anything to do with Signrequest com They don t want to cancel you even when you contact them I will ensure that my bank blocks them This is one heck of a lot of time and effort wasted

Gone downhill
Used it for 5 years Whilst it used to work most the time it s had 4 outages in 3 weeks Support is painful The phone number has been removed and you ll have to wait hours for a response in an outage The status page will show the system is up when it s completely offline and will be updated 2 hours later to reflect the ongoing issues - it s like they don t know there s an outage issue There are no updates provided to show any progress until a fix is in place No investment in the platform since it was bought by Box and the performance has dropped I guess it s now just a cashcow I used to really like this service It s now untenable and we re having to integrate alternative providers - we can t rely on this service anymore Issues are one thing but not getting any useful support means we can t rely on it A real shame Avoid Edit now 5 outages and still no details on what is happening
