Save Yourself the Hassel and go elsewhere
Now I just received my credit card statement and there is a charge of 2 200 for hosting My site is and has been listed on GoDaddy since April These guys are very shady if you recognize the delay in call voice technology when working with them its because they are in Dubai or somewhere when i questioned why the weird delay they said they were in Chicago and it was a tech issue I am now having to take time going to my bank and having them review this issue Taking my time and energy away from my business Save yourself the pain and frustration and use someone else They agreed to build website and then charged me 2k to host the site the hosting service was terrible service fixing problems was terrible and then they just stopped communicating with me They are also based in Dubai and can t be reached for help I was finally able to move the site to a new hosting service and they solved the issues very quickly So far the service from the new host has been outstanding Paul how can my site be on your platform I am currently having GoDaddy manage my site on their platform Several days after my site was completed by your teams I asked that my site be migrated back to where it was originally Your representative said I could get a full refund if I was unhappy in any way After several calls I asked to have site moved back to my original hosting service these are the types of problems I am talking about You continue to keep my site and I don t want your service

Take your money and run they do
they have taken my 2 200 and ran with it They did not fix the errors they caused more problems witn my website and email system Now they are trying to say they are hosting my website they are not GoDaddy has fixed the errors and is providing outstanding service as the Host for my site You will get lots of promises but nothing done I recommend you use someone else

Horrible customer service Lots of hidden fees not explained in the initial contract Non stop harassing for payment never agreed too Very unsatisfied with them website says 100 satisfaction Money-Back guarantee Still have not seen any money back after months of waiting

Lying Salesperson take the money and disappear
Wow now they are emailing me asking the same question what is wrong And they ask this over and over again After reviewing previous 50 emails from Scott and Gary it feels like they are playing ChatGPT the same sentences used I hope you are doing good Very sorry to have ever done business with this company and these people After months of frustration these guys refuse to refund as promised by their sales guy but only on the phone not in writing my fault I paid 2 200 and they took the money and stopped providing the service Be aware these guys are not in the USA Bad experience all around I am still trying to get the back Will Paul Adams call me back please this is the person who is a VP there his response was an additional lie why won t they call me back and explain Don t trust them

Please don t hire a silicon website experts they amateurs after I signed to build a website with Scott he connects me with Asher and Asher asked me for 8000 to build my website with the hosting so I called Scott to get a refund then he connects me with Jason it s over than 4 months to build my website every week they do a one update and keep asking for more money that you have to pay Jason he is a disrespectful guy not a professional to do business he will force you and keep arguing with you to let buy his hosting services for a lifetime and if you didn t you will see his other face finally two weeks ago my website it s live www trendy-classes com but I can t do nothing with it because Jason doesn t answer his phone he used answer before I paid the remaining money and Jason will delay your business if you get the hosting services or website maintenance from another company Emily from silicon website expertsshe helped me to let Jason answer his phone couple time but she doesn t answer her phone I m going to let attorney to deal with because I m done with the amateurs They will get to point that will hate your own business and your own website by dealing with silicon website experts

Scott the one who I signed with him the contract called me yesterday and told me if I remove my reviews from this site and from bark and from there website on Google he will send to me the credential and the the password for my website if I was begging Jason to give me my website credential and password before I write a review why should I trust them to give it to me now Man I paid full amount for my website with a proof for payments why they don t give me my website because the are a scam siliconwebsiteexperts com is a scam company I paid full amount give my website trendy-classes because I own it Scam Scam Scam Please don t let them fool you like they did to me DON T HIRE silicon website experts BECAUSE THEY ARE A SCAM

DO NOT do business with these guys
DO NOT do business with these guys They will take your money and not deliver a website to you I hired them in January of 2024 to create a simple website for me with a delivery date of April 2024 and as of December 2024 they have delivered NOTHING I have asked them to hand over the website or return my money but they have stopped taking my calls and emails I sent a certified letter to their address but they refused it As of now I am filing a police case a consumer fraud case and taking them to small claims court These guys gave me a year-long headache and produced nothing and stole 2500 from me Be careful
