Back in January I ordered a replacement cartridge for my Silk n flash and go The first time I used it the cartridge worked perfectly The second time it only worked for three flashes and third time it did not work I called in and spoke with Jackie She was so pleasant helpful and professional They will be sending me a brand new cartridge I could not ask for better customer service
